What is your return policy?

House Of Mystics return policy: due to the nature of our products candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products that have been damaged during shipment if you send us an email at Support@houseofmystics.shop with a picture of the item within (7) days of delivery. Customers have within (14) days of purchase to replace damaged products. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returned items.

Do you offer international shipping?

We send most international packages via UPS. The customer will see the total cost and taxes at checkout. International packages may be subject to customs or other fees calculated by that country. The customer is responsible for paying all customs and fees. Customs may delay international packages. Unfortunately, we at House Of Mystics have no control over those circumstances if that were to happen.

Why hasn't my package arrived yet?

Due to the overwhelming amount of shipments the postal service facilities now requires an extended amount of time for each and every package to be scanned at every point of the transit process. We suggest you contact the carrier directly if you are experiencing an issue with tracking your package. We at House Of Mystics do not have any additional details besides those provided via the tracking system.
